How to use comments in your Excel documents.

In all MS Excel documents there is a very convenient way to add comments.
You can see, edit or delete all these comments directly into the document,
very easy.
All cells with comments have a small red triangle in top-right corner.
When the mouse is hovering that cell a small popup windows show the
comments. See this example (with red triangle and arrow pointing to
it):
You can use different fonts and colors for comments. To add one you
can use main menu (Insert | Comment...) or simply right-click
as below:
Then you can edit the content. You can resize the small windows using
some cues and you can use fonts, different font size and colors. See
this picture for editing comments:
After new comment is added the contextual menu for that cell is changed.
New entries allow you to change (edit) or delete the comment. The new
menu is this:
This comments could have anything you want. They will be positioned
automatically and background color (usually yellow) is a system color
used by all tool-tips.
